Naturopathic medicine teaches the important of nutrition, the use of whole and organic foods.  Eating organic, chemical-free foods is an effective answer to many health complaints. Nutrition is the cornerstone to good health.  We know that what we eat affects our body, our brain  and also the way we experience our emotions. A good meal changes our body chemistry and our ability to enjoy more awareness. A healthy diet consists of the right balance of vitamins, minerals, enzymes, antioxidants, fatty acids, fibers, amino acids and good carbohydrates.  A balanced diet nurtures us and prevents disease.

For me healing,  like  living,  is an art we experience by feeling our interconnection with life every moment. We are able to share unconditional love towards ourselves and towards others when we feel healthy, and aware. For me is important to remember that healing - is not a separate activity. It is living every moment, healing is taking place  always - in solitude and also with company, working  or resting, cooking, having a meal,  walking in mountain trails, at school or farms, meditating, dancing, in silence or conversations, listening to music or to the song of water boiling on the stove.

Healing is living,  it is  always happening  even during  those  moments when we are "trying to fix ourselves or the world."  We have to learn to be healthy, kind with ourselves and with others and with our planet.

To be whole and kind with our bodies, thoughts, feelings, words, we find what can help us... and how we can help others, when we feel the energy of renewal when we are aware of being alive.

When we are aware in the present moment...there is no effort.

  1. Eat at least 65 % of Raw, Organic Vegetables Eat food high in enzymes, nutrients, chlorophyll,  vitamins and minerals

  2. Use NO Sugar

  3. Include Quinoa, Amaranth, lentils and beans in your meals.  Choose  Organic.

  4. Use  basic  food  supplementation: Pro-Biotics,  Anti-Oxidants,  Digestive Enzymes

  5. Drink organic - herbal teas. Avoid processed foods and canned foods.

  6. Resolve and forgive emotional conflicts with Gentleness and Compassion . At your own pace

  7. Begin  to  DETOXIFY. Resolve dental issues, amalgams . cavities . gums . root canals...

  8. Resolve any projects with your BREATHING Allergies .  Sinuses .  Asthma...

  9. Clean your home,  office,  car  from Toxic  Chemicals Home Cleaners - Furniture, etc  -   Mold Free - Geographic stresses . Electromagnetic frequencies -

  10. Drink Pure water:  Filtered Well Water,  Distilled... Please don't  buy  water in Plastic Bottles

  11. Exercise:  Walk at least 1 hour a day. Practice yoga,  dance or / and aerobics,  swim...

  12. Meditate... Live peacefully.  Practice ethical speech, 
    and ethical listening .  It  is Healthy  for  All  of us

  13. Be  Creative  in  everything  you  do, Be  You  .  Be  Love  .  Be  Gentle  .  Enjoy  Friendships. Live  fully .  Live  every  moment  being  grateful .
